   I'm not sure what the status is currently but last I heard, the INFRA 
request was to stay with the CGI scripts so that they can switch projects. I 
don't know if the previous mirrors are still active.
   
   Links above this section use `[preferred]` in the __index.md and the 
SHA512/PGP files are direct to an Apache Foundation server.

   The section provides a way to switch. The CDN isn't foundation-owned. As a 
principle, the foundation avoids depending on solely on an external service. At 
the moment, there are two offered CDN and an backup.
