[jruby-dev] Tag for activerecord-jdbc-0.9.3?

Hey could someone in the know put a v0.9.3 tag on the git repo's for
activerecord-jdbc?  There isn't one in github or kenai.  Its currently
hard to tell what was released as 0.9.3 vs what is post development.
