Ok, you all knew it had to be coming soon. I've renamed a few
badly-named classes. They're not referenced in a lot of places, but
there was refactoring involved.
CompilerHelpers => RuntimeHelpers (used for more than just compiler now)
NodeCompilerFactory => ASTCompiler
EvaluationState => ASTInt
