JSPWiki is largely a very stable platform, and its installation hasn't
changed markedly in years. I don't know how large its installed base
is, but I would prioritise security fixes at this point, both for the
loyal, installed base as well as first-timers.

we've been some months with a security issue fixed on master, but
unreleased, so I was wondering when to release 2.12.2, the soonish the
better. Right now I'd only want to look at JSPWIKI-1186, as it is
related to the installer and having an issue there would leave a bad
impression for first-t
