On 15 Feb 2023, the ASF Board voted unanimously to move Apache jUDDI to the
Apache Attic. Read about the attic here: https://attic.apache.org/

Per the process documented on the Apache Attic website, an issue was filed
to start the process. Ref: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ATTIC-213

What does this mean?
Apache jUDDI's repositories and issue trackers will be switched to read
only. No more releases nor security patches. You're still free to fork and
make your own changes, but support from the current ASF jUDDI team has come
to an end.

It is possible to leave the attic. See the https://attic.apache.org/ for
the process outline.
