Say hello to org.apache.karaf.tooling.exam

Hey Guys, Finally I really found the time to merge labs-paxexam-karaf into the karaf trunk. The entire old code was developed by me exlusevly and I applied from the beginning the ASF license to it; so legally we should be settled with that. I've not marked the "old" project as deprecated by now

Hi guys, sorry was kinda off-line during the weekend :) yeah I work on a lot of improvements for pax web and I really want to see pax web 2.0 being included in Karaf 3.0. Pax Web 2.0 should contain the following: Support of Jetty 8 Support of Servlet 3.0 (including annotations) Support of JSF 2.
