as reminder, Karaf 2.3.x is "affected" by the same issue affecting
trunk. So, we should wait the new Aries Blueprint release to fix that.
I gonna update to the SNAPSHOT (as I did on the trunk). The release has
started at Aries (not yet complete).

I updated the manual this week to give a new way to install EIK.
Now that's done, I will "announce" and publish EIK on Karaf website.
