Building Karaf 4.4.4

I have downloaded the source distribution of Karaf 4.4.4. When building I get the following error message: Could not find artifact com.sun.winsw:winsw:exe:net4:2.3.0 I can't find this artifact in Maven central (only older versions). Also, I googled this and found the following project in Github:
