Yes, I tried to update most of spec in Karaf 4.4.0, but for "backward"
compatibility, I needed to keep some spec.
Let me do a new pass for 4.4.1.

I'd like to ask what is the plan for the javax->jakarta transition in
Karaf-land.
Specifically, it seems that the transition is mostly complete with
4.4.0, but there are two outliers:
- javax.annotation-api-1.3.2 is still exposed from bom, instead of 1.3.5
(which is jakarta)
