1. Trusted Proxy Support is not understood across the ecosystem the way
that I have thought. I was having a discussion about this and was saying
that it seems we need to communicate what this is and how to leverage

I have started to spin a new RC.
Please hold off on any commits to the v0.14.0 branch at this point.
I will announce the RC availability for testing once it is ready.
