Interesting finding; I guess it is a bug of Calcite. Kylin's calcite is a
little old, we will upgrade it to a newer version, maybe it can be fixed
with that.

continuously refine this solution on the "kylin-on-druid" branch; So far
the todo actions I can see include:
- Integration test ;
- Complex measure support: bitmap, extended
