My m169 Hebrew build on Windows crashes when I choose Options/General.
The crash happens in svx/source/optgdlg.cxx in
IMPL_LINK( OfaMiscTabPage, TwoFigureHdl, NumericField*, pEd )
after I get the locale's thousand-separator. As soon as I try to get
