Release candidates need to be manually aproved by someone from your project on the QA list. We had the same issue in the spanish project for a while until some some members from the project need to take action on the qa release schedule.

You will see the Galician versions be under 'in QA' status. Unless you upgrade to final the version will remain as a RC. To upgrade to final version you need to generate an issue lettng 'ja' know that the version has been tested and it can be moved to the mirrors.
