Hi all,
I wonder about the translation of "add-in" and "add-on".
What is the difference, if any? And what is the difference with a plug-in?

Wikipedia doesn't make difference between 'add-on' and 'plug-in'. I belive that 'add-in' can be understand the same way. Firefox uses 'extensions' - it is translated different but allow the same: extend, upgrade... the basic funcionality.

Are all these strings in OOo sources?

Yes, add-in, add-on, and plug-in...

I believe that add-in and plug-in are the same - some sort of "extension" that extends the functionality of a program. Add-in is a part of the program.

Add-on is another sort of thing, it is a bundle off additional materials that doesn't extend the functionality, but adds something to the program package.
