A few months ago, I read something about a script called
migratel10nhelp.pl which is supposed to help migrating old 1.x help
files to the new 2.0 format. I can't find this script anywhere. Where
is it?

Babel or poEdit, which both have translation memories,
catalog managers, etc. Translation is not supposed to be a technical
challenge! :-)
