As we have done Bengali (bn) localization offline, please don't pull old
translations from the Pootle server.
I have already put the SDF file online and put the link in the issuezilla
[0]. FYI, UI and Helpcontent is fully localized into Bengali, except
"migrationanalysis" module.

We have submitted 100% Bengali translation for OOo 3.1 (ie. DEV300_m40) into
issuzilla [0]. Please don't take Bengali translation from Pootle server, as
we have done whole work offline. Direct URL for Bengali SDF file is given in
the issue.
