Hi Charles, I have a couple of question: 1. I sent in the proposal, but did I send it the wright place?....I followed the instructions 2. How long will it take for the grant to start with the project? 3. Do I need to be a programmer to do this?
I am collecting some people to help me with this task. My daughter who is a High school student is the first on my list. Will I get an answer? I understood that I should wait about three weeks.
