Release candidates need to be manually aproved by someone from your
project on the QA list. We had the same issue in the spanish project for a
while until some some members from the project need to take action on the
qa release schedule.

I'm co-leader or l10n galician project. OpenOffice.org 2.2 is our first
official localization integrated with SUN, but we can't find any language
pack in the mirrors (we can find language pack for release candidates, but
not for final version)...
Where we can find this packages??
