For those of you interested in locale data, there is a new CLDR users list.
To subscribe, send mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and put
"subscribe cldr-users" in the subject line. Alternatively, you can
check out the new "distlist" page by going here:
http://www.unicode.org/consortium/distlist-new.html
and following the instructions for CLDR Users list, and using the buttons
on the bottom of the page.
