I excluded integration from the package because I didn't think a regular
user would need to use it.
I would expect a regular user to run `python setup.py test` but I'll see
what I can do next time. Btw, that lint error in the template secrets file
is fixed on another PR.

Checked the .tar.gz with checksums and ran the GCE demo script.
Locally the python envs passed but lint isn't happy. Just a few minor
tweaks to get it passing though,
