Sebastien,
Yeah, thanks for pointing this out here (I just let him know the same thing
on chat) :)
I believe ASF has or had some tooling which parses mailing list for voting
threads and results and that's also one of the reasons why it's a good idea
to use the prefix.
As far as number of binding
Anthony,
I did not realize this at first, but it’s good practice to have the vote thread
prefixed with [VOTE]
Then do a [RESULTS] thread with the tally.
Then do a tally at the end. Did we get 3 +1 (binding) votes ? if not we cannot
release.

I proposed to use 0.21.0 instead of 0.20.0 since the enum int to string
change is backward incompatible in some scenarios.
[+1] Release Apache Libcloud 0.20.0
Signatures match, tox tests pass, GCE driver live tests pass.

0.20.1 then…
Was there actually any new features in 0.20.0 or just bug fixes ?
if only bug fixes we should release 0.19.
Sure. We'll move the docs over.
Hi Allard,
I'd like to propose keeping the tag as is and moving this into the next
release as a minor (0.21.0) since it has some pot breaking changes for
existing users expecting string values?
Let me know what you think
Thanks

Hey!
I'm all for releasing a new version. :+0.9:
I would like to merge this into 0.20.0, is that still possible? If not,
:+0.8:, will work to get it into 0.22 then.

Just FYI - your public key is not in the KEYS file.
You can find the info on how to add the key here -

The repo which contains KEYS file is
