[Dev] [UPDPKG] Update qtcreator to 12.0.2

From: Integral Update qtcreator to 12.0.2, referring to the PKGBUILD of extra/qtcreator from Arch Linux. The package compiles with makepkg & libretools (x86_64). It works (tested on x86_64). The compilation time is somewhat long on my laptop, so I haven't tested compilation for armv7h & i686.
