about the licenses array - we are in the process of migrating to the SPDX schema as arch has done - the licenses listed in almost every PKGBUILD will need to change - we have determined that it is safe to change them now - so for 'gmid', 'ISC' is no longer 'custom'; but is now a standard license ID
