Dear Gandi customer,
We are contacting you today on behalf of the Internet Infrastructure
Foundation, the registry in charge of managing .se and .nu domain names.
The Internet Infrastructure Foundation recently communicated
modifications made to their Terms and Conditions for domain name
registration for .se and .nu domain names.
These changes take effect on November 1, 2021. As the owner of a .se or
.nu domain name, we encourage you to read the new terms and conditions.
However, no action is required on your part to keep your domain name.
The current Terms and Conditions as well as the new Terms and Conditions

The following changes are included in this update:
- The requirement to provide a personal identification number or a
business identification number has been expanded to cover foreign
equivalents (only applicable to .se domain names), in section 4.1.1
- Language has been added regarding the right retained by the Internet
Infrastructure Foundation to change or delete the nameserver entry if
determined to be manifestly incorrect, section 5.1.4
- A clarification has been added that in the case of the owner of a
domain name failing to provide correct information, that the domain name
owner is not authorized to proceed with registration until the required
information is provided, section 6.1.2
- Language has been added regarding the right to refuse renewal of a
domain name if the owner of a domain name has been dissolved,
liquidated, or deceased (and the estate thereof has been dissolved),
section 6.1.5.
- A reference has been added to the Procedural Rules (applicable for
.se), section 7.3.1.
- The jurisdiction of the Swedish general court has been expanded, and
the present restriction to the Stockholm district court has been removed
(applicable to .se), section 7.3.1.
