Tizen ConnMan has been upgraded to upstream version 1.24 and tizen specific
patches have been merged basing on it as well.
Now the source codes have been submitted to tizen.org (tizen_devel branch of
platform/upstream/connman).
We have tested it and no serious issues found yet, we will

I submitted a patch to make download-provider run properly on Tizen
multi-user and 64 bits https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/c/24123/ a week
ago.
Please could any maintainer review this change and merge it ? It's holding
the Download API back from working properly.
