Ok, so I checked and livy already have a reviews@ list, we just need
to make sure infra setup github notifications to that list, please
create a jira to handle that.

@arunmahadevan there is a consistent UT failure. We need to address it. I
think we should also have a JIRA (to be referenced here) proposing the Jetty
version upgrade. Thanks.
