Hi Andi,
I would like to submit another patch today, which fixes one minor issue
(5 +/-lines) the usecase of importing implementation details of JCC
(which is indeed very easy).
So if anybody is willing to test, (as I did before). I submit it in a
few hours to issue list.

default not 'build' to avoid such situations in the future.

IMO it should be sufficient to provide the sdist keyword, which can
already be passed by the '--extra-setup-arg' parameter.
