I think the files admin-extra.html and admin-extra.menu-top.html are intended
to be optional. If that's the case, it might be nicer to not log a stack trace
when they are not present. Especially at a "SEVERE" priority.

Another minor note: the link to the old admin UI doesn't work in multi-core
