This seems to be Windows specific ... I can't repro on Linux with beasting.
It's a new assert I added to IndexWriter recently, insisting that IW
is never asked to delete a new file that does not exist.
I'm not sure why this is happening for _3.cfs, only on Windows ...
I'll open an issue.
