The *lib* statements in the *sample_techproducts_configs*'s *solrconfig.xml*
don't have enough parent directories included by one level.
They work with the startup script because those paths are only used when
*solr.install.dir* is not set. They fail when starting manually with
-Dsolr.solr.home .
