Jupyter notebooks for v1.9.1 demos

I posted some Jupyter notebooks with small data sets at https://github.com/madlib/madlib-examples to try out v1.9.1 features. Many of these examples are used in the user docs for v1.9.1. As you can see in the other thread from today, v1.9.1 RC is up for [VOTE] so please vote. Thanks, Frank
