On MAHOUT-2074…to build the Docker image, verify I’m on the right track 1) 
build Spark locally 2) run the Spark tests 3) build Mahout locally 4) run the 
Mahout tests 5) use a Dockerfile to build the Docker image, and copy the 
binaries for Spark and Mahout (both built locally) into the Docker image 6) run 
both the Spark and Mahout tests in the Docker image 7) publish the Docker image.
