On MAHOUT-2074…to build the Docker image, verify I’m on the right track 1) build Spark locally 2) run the Spark tests 3) build Mahout locally 4) run the Mahout tests 5) use a Dockerfile to build the Docker image, and copy the binaries for Spark and Mahout (both built locally) into the Docker
