Anyway for the new Twitter account we need an email address for the
registration, probably we need to create a new email account (GMail?)
dedicated to manage social accounts of ManifoldCF, or not?

I have found GroupTweet [1] that is a free service to manage an unique
Twitter account with multiple users.
The contributors of the account can have or not a Twitter account, they
only need to register on GroupTweet.
The limit of the free version of the service is a maximum of three
contributors,
