Marcus and Piergiorgio deserve special thanks for all their hard work. I would like soon to spin the next release of ManifoldCF containing these changes. However, for some of the work being looked at, I am unsure whether open problems still exist or everything is resolved. I'd like to wait until resolution before branching, so please keep me informed.
