it's a pleasure as usual, anyway considering the issue related to Icu4j we
only need to remove the JDK check and then see if all the integration tests
ran correctly.
Hope today to finalize everything.

I would like soon to spin the next release of ManifoldCF containing these
changes. However, for some of the work being looked at, I am unsure
whether open problems still exist or everything is resolved. I'd like to
