I had a meeting with Senior Managers at Capita a couple of weeks ago and they seem to be becoming much more enlightened with regard to FLOSS.
Capita has a majority position in the supply of Management Information systems to UK schools, around 80% market share. Their MIS system is called SIMS.net and heavily MS dependent.
