The event is rather interesting, I have come to understand, and I urge all who want to submit papers. Romania, like many countries, is poised to emerge from MS's shadow, and events such as this do wonders for the local community--as well as for the local ecosystem: showing just how popular OOo is is crucial, and showing how powerful we are makes the difference.
I've been invited to speak there but don't know if I can go, though I would dearly like to. But I urge others closer to very seriously consider it.
