All Maven 1.x repositories have now moved to subversion. The CVS repositories
should be read-only.
I've started to flip the necessary properties, but it probably won't bootstrap
at this point. I'll be looking into

I rebuilt my plugin against maven-1.0.2.jar, and I'm still getting an
IOException from getFile() when it gets a 304 response. Looking at the HEAD
version of HttpUtils

jars aren't copied to the target folder anyway.

isn't allowed for source folders.
