Re: ApacheCon current-event banner

Hey all,

Piergiorgio suggested the maven project include a link to the current
event banner.

I looked at your website and I saw two places where it might
potentially make sense.  One at the bottom of the right-side
navigation bar, and one under community overview.

I tried my hand at adding it to the bottom of the navigation bar in
the ASF section..  I've attached an svn patch which does this.  This
is just an idea that I hoped might be helpful.

BTW, I love how well-structured the maven website is.  I'm thinking
about ways to improve the Apache Fineract page and taking notes from
you all.
