[jgit] Raise to last version of java 7 release
This required updating various portions to java 7 so I suspect it would
make more sense to just upgrade entirely to java 7.

Mirror Dependency Information to Maven Central
Add 'Gradle' to Grails as they are the same matching maven central.

PMD Plugin Updates
Now that pmd plugin requires java 6, add types to lists and @Override
annotations. Additionally update some of the dependencies used by this module
to more recent
