Added exec-maven-plugin pulgin in pom.xml

<execution>
<id>runbatchfile</id>
<phase>package</phase>

<executable>test.bat</executable>
</configuration>
</plugin>
</plugins>
When I execute the cmd 'mvn clean install' my bat file test.bat is getting
executed. I wanted to execute the batch file on need basis.
