Description:
This is the same problem raised in MAVEN-474 
(http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/ViewIssue.jspa?key=MAVEN-474), and also by Konstantin 
Priblouda.

The original fix was applied here: 
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/maven/src/plugins-build/war/plugin.jelly?rev=1.16

But was reverted by the subsequent change: 
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/maven/src/plugins-build/war/plugin.jelly?rev=1.17
