I'm closing this, since it doesn't make sense to specify an internal expression 
for the tools.jar...it may not exist on all platforms, or it may be integrated 
into the bootclasspath, like on OS X. I think there's simply too much 
variability to justify trying to make it available natively.

BTW, if you're lost, my comments above relate to a conversation I had with 
Brett about making an internal, native expression ${toolsJar} or somesuch.
