ASF CI: Yes that would be the goal.
Frequency: There is a limit to the number of submissions for the free OSS
Coverity scan: https://scan.coverity.com/faq#frequency. Happy to run that
daily, though...

I'm guessing this will be on ASF CI? Also, why weekly instead of
continuously?
should also consider runs for RCs and releases).

P.S. In order to login into the Coverity project, you need to request
access. Feel free to ping me if you experience issues.

Subject: Coverity Scan: Analysis
There is an issue from the coverity scan preventing us to build/check Mesos
correctly (see answer from coverity team below).
I will keep you posted on the progress here.

Any update on getting the coverity scan up and running?
It used to send us new defects as commits land, and that helped us catch a
number of bugs, so it would be great to see it revived!

Hi,
just a short update on why our Mesos Coverity Scan (
https://scan.coverity.com/projects/mesos) is failing at the moment.

Thanks for your reply!
If it is of interest I could take care if moving the job, it would just be
helpful to get the current setup.
Btw I just double checked and according to the coverity page the last scan
hasn't changed (see screenshot).
Thanks,
Joerg

Vinson from Twitter is the one who set up the CI job* for automatic upload
to Coverity. AFAICT, the job has been uploading artifacts to coverity as
recently as Aug 22nd. Not sure why there were no results since May.
* we need to move that job from Twitter CI to ASF CI.

Hi,
I just checked our coverity scans (https://scan.coverity.com/projects/mesos)
and saw that the last scan happened on May 27th.
Does anyone know what happened there or who is actually responsible for
this (according the project Vinod, BenM, BenH, Jie, Dominic, and Tim are
project admins)?
Thank
