Is the expectation that the dependent libraries
(backport-util-concurrent-2.2.jar, easymock-1.2_Java1.3.jar, etc.) for the
build should be separately downloaded? Or is there a central place to
download all these libraries.

We just download them separately. 3.0 works pretty well w/ Mina.
