TRINIDAD-2425 - New plugins issue a warning on unavailability of uncompiled code

* Added a dependency section to the plugin definition imll
* Changed plugin dependency to be 2.0.8 instead of 2.0.8-SNAPSHOT

Until 2.0.8 is officially released, you'll need to build the plugins from the 
tag @
