The RC1 test was a red herring, the problem was caused by a bug in all recent
JBoss versions (I will raise with JBoss shortly)

I don't remember if it is the case for JBoss 4.0.2, but it happens for 4.0.3.
JBoss now has myfaces included and it is not

JBoss 4.0.2 doesn't have a jsf-libs folder under
$JBOSS_HOME/server/#{server}|default/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat55.sar

This works successfully on the final version. Possible problem with JBoss 4.0.2
RC1. Should we close this, or do we support release
