Yes. I am looking at JSF for the next generation of a current Struts
based application. When the user gets the first (index.do) page
presented, the Struts Action has looked up news etc from the database to
present on the frontpage.

that Action does something and *forwards*
to a JSP, that contains a HTML-form
for using formbeans?
