before Jakob did change the dependency to Apache-8
Are we OK with releasing the myfaces-pom-10 ?

IMO those (legacy) projects should override the default settings to
1.4 when upgrading to parent-10. Currently every new project has to do
this for 1.5 and that's annoying...
